By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a consultation, or using the website for Hope For The Hopeless LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.  

All services are provided by Manda Taylor, a student homeopath operating through Hope For The Hopeless LLC in Virginia.

Hope For The Hopeless LLC provides wellness education and homeopathy consultations for self-directed learning.

• All consultations are provided by Manda Taylor, a student at the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London, England.
• Services are educational and informational only, offered under supervision as part of her professional training.
• These services are not medical care, diagnosis, or therapy.

By engaging in services, you acknowledge that:

1. Manda Taylor is not a licensed medical doctor or healthcare provider.
2. Homeopathy consultations are for educational purposes only and do not replace medical care.
3. You are responsible for your own health decisions and should consult a licensed medical provider for any health concerns. Clients are encouraged to maintain care with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
4. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes from homeopathic consultation
5. If a medical emergency occurs, clients should seek immediate medical care or call 911.

• Educational consultations about homeopathic theory, remedies, and general wellness.
• Guidance is not medical treatment and is considered self-directed care.
• Remedies are not included in consultation fees. Clients will receive instructions on where to purchase them if desired.

• All consultations are conducted by a student homeopath under supervision.
• By booking, you acknowledge that services are part of educational training.

By booking a consultation, you confirm that:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.
2. You are voluntarily requesting educational homeopathic services.
3. You understand these services are not medical care.
4. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing

         manda@h4hhomeopathy.net

• Your personal information will remain confidential except as required by law (e.g., suspected abuse or imminent harm to self or others).
• Manda may consult with supervisors for case review, using non-identifying details whenever possible.

• Initial Consultation: $150 USD
• Follow-Up: $75 USD
• Acute Consultation (established and non established clients): $75 USD
• Consultations may be scheduled by phone, email, or online scheduling system. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for appointments to ensure adequate consultation time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• Homeopathic remedies are intended to support wellness but no guarantee of outcomes can be made.
• Clients are responsible for purchasing remedies
• Reasonable communication regarding remedy reactions or follow-up questions may be provided between scheduled appointments by phone, text, or email.
• Extensive consultation or new issues require scheduling a follow-up appointment.

Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, PayPal, Square.
• Fees are non-refundable except as described in the Cancellation Policy below.
•  Homeopathic services are typically not covered by health insurance. 

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and I incur payment processing, scheduling costs, and supervision fees.

1. Payment and Reservation

• Payment is required to secure your appointment.
• Booking confirms acceptance of this policy.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• More than 72 hours before the appointment:
  • May reschedule or cancel with a 10% processing fee (minimum $20).
• Between 48 and 72 hours before the appointment:
  • May reschedule or cancel with a 25% late-change fee.
• Less than 48 hours before the appointment OR no-show:
  • No refund or credit will be issued. The full payment is forfeited.

3. No-Show Definition

• Failure to attend your appointment without notice.
• Failure to submit signed intake/waiver form within 24 hours of consultation.
• No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Emergency Exceptions

• Fee waivers may be considered for true emergencies, at my sole discretion.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation and no-show policy.

• Hope For The Hopeless LLC does not retain official client medical records.
• You are encouraged to document your own appointments and remedy notes.
• Summaries may be requested for an administrative fee.

By engaging with Hope For The Hopeless LLC, you consent to be contacted via:

• Email
• Phone or Voicemail
• Text Message
• Video Call

You may revoke consent by emailing manda@h4hhomeopathy.net

• All products and services are billed in USD.
• Purchases are processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal or GoDaddy).
• You are responsible for understanding the payment processor’s terms.
• All sales are final after the service is rendered.

By scheduling an appointment or using this website, you acknowledge that:

2. You understand and accept all disclaimers, fees, and policies.
3. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
4. You agree that Hope For The Hopeless Homeopathy and Manda Taylor are not liable for decisions made by clients regarding their health care or for the outcomes related to the use of recommended remedies or wellness advice or any outcomes resulting from services.
5.  These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
